WoD: For Loads:
. Clean & Jerk 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3- Spend some good time before the working sets practicing at LIGHT loads. Focus on your speed through the middle portion of this lift & on your footwork. Strive for consistency.
- Aim for your opening set of 3 to be around the 70-75% mark of your 1RM clean & jerk (if known). If you're feeling good go for a PR around set 4 or 5.
- You can power clean or squat clean. You can push jerk or split jerk. Its your choice. (base your percentages off of the relevant lift too. Don't base everything off a squat clean if you intend on powering everything).
