. 10 Mins to find your 5RM Strict Press 10 Mins to find a 'Heavy 10 Rep' Front Rack Lunge 10 Mins to find your 5RM Barbell Bent Over Row           .
  • Remember, a 'Heavy --Rep' is different to a -RM (Rep Max). NO misses are meant on the 'Heavy' whereas you may end up going to a failed set in order to determine a true "Rep Max"
