  15 DB Thrusters (2x 15kg / 2x 10kg) 4 Laps DB Farmers Carry (AHAP) 15 Ring Push Ups 15 Kettlebell Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls (32kg / 24kg)   *3 Min Rest halfway through (in essence, 2 x 15 min AMRAPs with a combined score)*.     Post number of rounds to comments. IMG_8399  

Well that was a morning to remember. And we're not referring to the Workout!
