. Alternate between these two AMRAP's below until 4 of each have been completed (8 in total)
  • Rest 2 Minutes between intervals.
. #1 2 Min AMRAP: 20 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, 10ft line) 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (Pick load) MAX Double Unders in time left . #2 2 Min AMRAP: 20 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (Same KB as swings) 15 Box Jumps (24" / 20") MAX Sit Ups in time left.   . Post WoD score to Beyond The Whiteboard.
