  • The TGU is an all round fantastic movement. Its a great full body warm up tool. A su[per way to build healthy shoulders & midline strength.

WoD: "Ariba! Ariba!"

. Every Minute On The Minute x 10 Minutes:   10 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, 10ft) 10 Kettlebell Swings (24kg / 16kg) .  
  • This is potent. It is both moves in the same minute so scale as needed.
  . Post TGU loads. Then post your score from the WoD to Beyond The Whiteboard.
