03/11/15 – “The Melbourne Cup (At Home) WoD”

For Time: 

 

Run Time Trial

  Run 3,200m (or 2 Miles in old money!) . This is an all out effort for time. (Unless you are using it as an active recovery day).     .

Gym is Closed Today for the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday (bar for a 7:30am Open Gym Slot).

You can do this workout at the park, on the streets near home, etc.

Post times to our FB Page or write it down on the board tomorrow.

(P.S: If you didn't know already, the Melbourne Cup course is 3,200m long!)
