- Start out light & try to build each set. The last few sets should feel heavy. Only ad weight if the movement is still looking good.
- Commit to the speed needed & get back under your barbell
- The complex is done twice over to total 4 reps every minute.
- REST 2 Minutes between each AMRAP.
- Stimulus is calling for HPC's to stay unbroken (Get your hook grip going!)
