20 Min 'AMRAP':
5 Hi-Hang Power Cleans (60kg / 40kg) 10 DB Alt Single Arm Snatch (20kg / 15kg) 20 Walking Double Kettlebell Front Rack Lunges (2x 24kg / 2x 16kg) - Work on a "You Go; I Go" basis. One partner to complete a whole round (while the other rests) before switching over. - Partners to use same barbell, same DB, and same KB's. - 10 Burpee penalty (for BOTH athletes) applies if KB's are put down before the 20 steps are met.Post number of rounds as a duo to comments.
