Every Minute On The Minute, For As Long As Possible (15 Mins mandatory work time):
'EMOM':
7 Thrusters (35kg / 25kg) 7 Pull Ups 7 Burpees- A true test of Fitness, both physical & mental. This will act as one of our Open Prep Test WoDs as we start the build up toward the 2016 CrossFit Open. Even if you have no interest in the Open which is fine. After all GPP is our focus. We will just use the timeline of the Open to give us a target point and reason to ramp up our Fitness even more so. So this works well for us all.
- Be sure to accurately record your score. It is very likely that no-one will keep pace for 15 mins on the 7,7,7, rep scheme. So don't get disheartened with what you perceive to be a low result. We want to know exactly where it broke down so we can measure this and re-test. (you score would for example if you fell foul in the 5th round during the pull ups would look something like 4rds + 7 Thr + 3 P-Up).
- If you fall behind the reps then there are NO BREAKS. You will immediately drop to 6,6,6 & if it happens then 5,5,5 and so on, all the way down to 2,2,2 if need be, for the 15 mins).
