A): For Reps

The Clock is rolling from 1 - 8 Mins:

1 Min MAX Reps Hang Power Cleans (52.5kg / 37.5kg) 1 Min MAX Reps Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups 2 Mins MAX RepsHang Power Cleans 2 Mins MAX Reps Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups 1 Min MAX Reps Hang Power Cleans 1 Min MAX RepsMuscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups .

At the 8:00 mark go straight into....

B): For Time:

Run 3.2km (5 Laps of Block) .

With whatever time is left on the Clock:

C): For MAX Load: Establish a 1RM Squat Clean
