Dead Lift -  3 x 3 (Wk 3/3).

Part B:  For Row Time & Number of Box Jump Overs:

  5 Min AMRAP  Row 500m 20 Dead Lift (120kg / 85kg) MAX reps Box Jump Overs in time remaining.         .   .

Post load from Part A and then Post 500m Row time & number of box jump overs to comments.
