The ones where you work a technique &/or a strength bias. You lift this or that & give yourself a pat on the back while you rest it out.
Then there are the "EMOM's" where you just have to put the hard yards in and learn about the suck factor that can lie inside good, high quality Fitness. - Today was just such a day and you've come out the other side better for it!!!
