Part A, For Load: 

 

Dead Lift -  4 x 5.

- Same load on last two sets. Add 2.5 - 5kg on from last week. - It should be heavy but NOT with any misses. No max-outs.

 

Part B: For Rounds/Reps Scored

'AMRAP' In 8 Mins:

6 Dead Lifts (60% of heaviest lift in Part 'A') 12 Toes To Bar                    

Post load from final two sets in Part A and Post Rounds/Reps for Part B to comments.
