  10 -10 -10 (each leg)   B):

 Weighted Strict Pull Up

  5 - 5 - 5  

*If scaling pull ups with a band, then NO ADDED WEIGHT ALLOWED. Instead perform 3-5 sets of 5 reps to help build volume & strength *

    C):

Floor Press
