*A 'Goat' is the term we use for a weakness or movement that you find difficult to master. As CrossFitter's we want to be as well rounded as possible. This means working on the things that don't come to us naturally. Work those goats and turn a weakness into a strength! .WoD: "Annie"
For Time: 50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 (reps) of:
Double Under Abmat Sit Ups- 12 Min Time Cap. Scale as needed.
