10/9/13 – ‘The highs and lows of swinging a kettlebell’

8min AMRAP x 2:   In 8 mins climb the ladder as high as you can increasing your reps by 2 each round. Starting at 2 reps of each (e.g. 2 - 2, 4 - 4, 6 -6, etc etc) of: Kettlebell Swings (32kg,24kg) Burpees - REST exactly 2 mins - Then: In 8 mins go back down the ladder starting from your last successful completed round. If you complete the round of 2 and 2, then climb the ladder again!   Post number of total reps to comments.
