WoD: For Loads:
. Hang Power Snatch 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3- Spend some good time before the working sets practicing at LIGHT loads. Focus on your speed through the middle portion of this lift & on your footwork. Strive for consistency.
- Aim for your opening set of 3 to be around the 70-75% mark of your 1RM hang power snatch (if known). If you're feeling good go for a PR around set 4 or 5.
