- Like "Fight Gone Bad" you move from one move to another without rest going for as many reps as possible in each movement. Rest only in the portend rest minute.
- Go hard in the beginning rounds to set a stall for yourself.
- Don't pace this one. Its all out effort for 2 minutes followed by a 1 min break for just 6 rounds.
- You must complete each 20m unbroken for round to count. Try to do multiple rounds consecutively before having a rest.
