Every Minute On The Minute For 20 Minutes:
Min 1 - 10 Single-Arm DB Rows (e/hand, Heavy) Min 2 - 15 / 10 Assault Bike Calories Min 3 - 25 Russian KB Swings (Heavy) Min 4 - 50 Double Unders Min 5 - 25 Abmat Sit Ups**
The intention is that you should be getting some rest at the end of each minute, NOT having to max out for all of the 60 secs.
Scale accordingly to see that this happens.
Be efficient, show great technique and string some reps together.

To work out score post the last SUCCESSFUL round, e.g.: If you went all the way through without a hitch then your score is 20. If however you did not make the required reps in say round 11, then your score would be 10 as that previous round was the last time you made the reps needed.
