12/05/16 – “Hop To The Double!”

Skill: Every Minute On The Minute For 10 Minutes . 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch  
  • 70% of you 1RM power snatch is the ceiling.
  • Either take up to 5 rounds to build to it or do all 10 rounds at 70%.
  • First 5 rounds are to have a 2-Second pause in the "catch" of each rep.
  • Focus hard on the set-up, lift-off & footwork.
. WoD: . As Many REPs As Possible in 7 Minutes . 3 Power Snatch (47.5 / 32.5 kg) 3 Burpee Over Bar, Double Jump 6 Power Snatch (47.5 / 32.5 kg) 6 Burpee Over Bar, Double Jump 9 Power Snatch (47.5 / 32.5 kg) 9 Burpee Over Bar, Double Jump 12 Power Snatch (47.5 / 32.5 kg) 12 Burpee Over Bar, Double Jump 15 Power Snatch (47.5 / 32.5 kg) 15 Burpee Over Bar, Double Jump Continue up in 3's as far as you can in the time.      
  • The burpee is a lateral burpee, hop sideways over the bar then hop straight back to your starting position. This is one repetition
. Post loads moved in the EMOM & then score in REPs to Beyond The Whiteboard.
