  Muscle Up 1 - 10 Vs Double Under 50 -5 Perform 1 Muscle up and then 50 Double Unders, 2 Muscle Ups and 45 Double Unders and work up to 10 muscle ups and down to 5 Double Unders Scaling for Muscle Ups is 2 Pull ups and 2 Ring Dips
