Open Gym Time!
Gym open 7:30am - 9:30am
. Suggested WoD: "Landslide" Row 2000m for time,- On the first minute do 1 Abmat Sit-Up
- On the second minute do 2 Abmat Sit-Ups
- On the third minute do 3 Abmat Sit-Ups
- Keep adding on 1 Abmat Sit-Up each min until the 2000m are complete.
