4 x 4 @ 70 - 80% of max   Working sets lifted on the 2 minutes.

WoD: 21 - 15 - 9 - 6 (reps)

. Back Squats (50-55% of max) *30 Abmat Sit Ups after each round. .  11 Min Time Cap . ** To write "As RX" squats must be in the prescribed percentage AND be unbroken sets **
