Skill: Rowing Technique
- Focus is the finish & proper return back to the catch.
- Work strap-free drills (coach led) to help reinforce good technique
WoD: 4 Rounds Each For Time:
. 500m Row- Rest 3 Mins between rows
- Aiming to be consistent rather than one great time. Look to be 85% of your best known 500m time.
- Oh & one of the four rows must be with feet OUT of the straps! If technique is holding out then the difference in split time should be minimal from the rest.
