. For Time: . Run 1.6km ... Then 7 Rounds of: 5 Strict Pull Ups 7 Power Cleans (60 / 40 kg) ... Then ..... Run 1.6km .- No time cap per se. We will send you on your second run at the 30:00 mark if you haven't completed the 7 round couplet by that time.
- Run your runs as hard as possible. DON'T game the run to make life easier. Now that wouldn't be any fun now would it
