Benchmark WoD !!
. Choose your adventure from these two classic benchmark workouts!- To help your decision along have you completed "Cindy" as RX yet? If not then stick to "Cindy" to hammer down & hone in the technique/strength for the moves in that WoD. If you have completed "Cindy" just the one time as RX then still pick this one and try to beat your score!
- If you have battled with "Cindy" many times then lets have a crack at "Mary". This being the technically more difficult of the two you are now ready to hit up these more complex movements.
- BOTH are super potent & as always scale appropriately to ensure you get the right dose.

. Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Mins: 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Squats .- Compare to 30/07/15.
"Mary"
. Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Mins: 5 Handstand Push Ups 10 Pistol Squats, alternating 15 Pull Ups .- Compare to 17/11/14.
