  10 - 10 - 10.   *Building weight, all sets to be unbroken. Record all loads to the board*      

Part B:

For Time:

  "10 - 1 Versus 1 - 10"   DB Push Press (20kg / 15kg) Toes To Bar      

eg: The reps go as follows:

10 DB P-Press; 1 T2B

9 DB P-Press; 2 T2B….

……

…..1 DB P-Press; 10 T2B
