WoD: For Load: . Push Jerk 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3  
  • Use the heaviest load for each set. Rest as needed between.
  • Compare to 25/09/15
. Finisher: 30 Push Press @ 75% of best 3-rep above. .
  • Objective is to do the 30 reps in AS FEW SETS AS POSSIBLE.
  • Record the breakdown of reps. Record the time also (4 min cap).
