Mins 0 - 9: Snatch Balance (NO Heaving!) + 2 x Overhead Squat REST 60 secs Mins 11 - 19: 1 Snatch (Full Snatch) + 1 Hang Squat Snatch- Part A is all about finding your speed underneath that barbell!
Find the confidence & courage needed to drive under!
The technique and that speed is the focus. Use only loads that enable you to keep to this.
Part B is the time to find the load. Use the confidence & speed gained from the first part and hit those doubles! -
