Power Clean (40kg / 30kg) 30 UNBROKEN Double Unders after each round** Should you trip up on a set of doubles you will then have to make up the remaining reps in Burpee's Over The Bar! (NO mulligans!)
Lets hope you don't trip on the first rep!
RX is only written if you do ALL doubles flawlessly and remain unbroken. *
