Strict Press - 4 x 1, Building.
- Opening weight to at least 0.5kg on top of your last 2x3. If you weren't in for that last week check your numbers from the weeks before it: Wk1. Wk2. .Part B: For MAX Load
20 Rep Benchmark
The Thruster.- 20 Mins to find and a maximum of 3 attempts, minimum of 2!
- Go out there with the mindset of success. Brace your body, stay tight and get thorough your reps. No doubt the last 7-8 reps are going to be a fight. Hold the form and grit it out. If you have never done a 20 rep benchmark before you are in for a treat!
Post the Press load from Part A and then Post your Thruster load to comments (If you don't make a successful set post 0kg).
