  5 Rounds For Weight: Max Hang Power Clean (70% BW/52.5% BW) Max Ring Push-Up Max Front Squat (70% BW/52.5% BW) No rest between exercises but rest as needed between rounds. Post total weight moved divided by body weight. Count ring push-ups as body weight. (i.e. 60kg female, 1 pull-up = 60kgs moved) Post score to comments.
