**The focus today is on the quality of movement and your technique. It is NOT for load. Concentrate on your footwork, and receiving in the bottom of the overhead squat. You can increment the load as you see fit (as long as your form is good & the coaches give the ok), but only jump by 5kg total per jump.
If your form cannot hold out we will not add load, instead we may look to decrease the load and/or change the rep scheme to suit the individual best.
If you are a beginner or have not learnt the Snatch movement & its variables, then we will look to solidify our overhead squat technique first.**
