For Technique & Success:
A):Every Minute On The Minute, for 10 Mins:
1 Full Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat (Building load, but NOT to the point of failing a set. NO MISSES!)- REST 2 MINS -
B):Every 30 Seconds For 4 Mins:
1 Power Snatch- Then Straight into..... -
C):Every 20 Seconds For 3 Mins:
1 Power Snatch- Then Straight into..... -
D):Every 10 Seconds For 2 Mins:
1 Power Snatch*Use the SAME LOAD on the barbell for parts B, C & D.
This should be a bit less than the heaviest load in part A, & you should be successfully able to lift all the power snatches in parts B, C & D with great form.*
Post Opening & Closing successful loads from Part 'A' and the load moved on Parts' 'B', 'C' & 'D' to comments. Compare these numbers to 09/02/15.
