- Target Numbers for each: PU= 10-15 reps. B= 10-15 reps. ASU= 20-25 reps. ASq= 25-30 reps. DU= 30-40 reps.
- Scale as needed to both get your targets in but also to challenge you for most of each minute.
- Its 25 mins of hard yakka! You should spend most of this time working! Be positive, hold the standard. Get after it!!
