Post the Five scores, either the time it took to complete, or the reps completed on the furthest move to comments.
Love or hate it there are few tools out there that are more effective in achieving top line Fitness than the trusty Rower (or Assault Air Bike).
Done as a single Modality WoD or combined in well designed Couplets & Triplets the C2 can see you build the 'engine' that so many CrossFitters the world round crave yet will avoid at the same time.
