Skill Work: 

 

DB Turkish Get Up:

Spend 7 Mins finding a challenging 2 Reps (each hand) with a Dumbbell. Work this as a skill (& secret strength) session. Work on the quality & efficiency. Apply yourself on this. .

WoD, For Time:

10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3  - 2 - 1 (reps):

Dumbbell Snatch (L) 22.5kg / 15kg Dumbbell Snatch (R) Dumbbell Sit Up
  • 10 Walking Lunges w/DB on one shoulder after each round

*22 Min Time Cap. Same DB across all moves*
