WoD: For "Frunges!"

. In 2:30 complete: 20 Kettlebell Swings (24kg / 16kg) 15 Push Ups MAX Reps Front Rack Lunges (or 'Frunges!') ((42.5kg / 30kg) Rest exactly 1 Minute Perform 3 Rounds Score is Total Lunges Only .  

 

  . Post Best Overhead Load, then Post number of 'Frunges' to comments. IMG_9077
