. Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Mins: 10 Toes To Bar 10 Box Jumps (24" / 20") 30 Double Unders 45 secs REST .- Throughly warming up your calves & hips for the jumps & skipping.
- As a skill piece practice your T2B & double under's (or progressions). Remember these are just as much skill based as anything so require you to practice, practice, practice.

Massive congratulations to Jason P for completing the iconic Coast To Coast race in New Zealand this past weekend.
Spanning the whole width of the South Island of NZ this multi-sport event covers a whopping 243km involving trail running, cycling & kayaking.
Jason completed his effort in an impressive 18 hours, 53 mins. a heck of an achievement we'd say!
Jase mate we are all very proud of you. You have put in some hard yards both in & out of the gym in the lead up & have displayed your GPP in fine fashion.
