This Combination is hard. We want you to make all 15 rounds, but you WILL have to work for it!
Scale accordingly to see that this happens!!
Be efficient, show great technique and string some reps together.

To work out score simply post the last SUCCESSFUL round, e.g.: If you went all the way through without a hitch then your score is 15. If however you did not make the required reps in say round 11, then your score would be 10 as that previous round was the last time you made the reps needed.
