For Time:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squats
* 25 min time cap *
Partiton reps any way you choose, or do in order. Your choice!
This workout is potent! Scale appropriately. Anyone new or not conditioned to the volume will do 1/2 Angie. 50 reps of each movement.
