18/11/15 – “Casper”

  6 Rounds of: 1 Minute of Max Calories Concept 2 Rower 1 Minute of Max REPs Burpees 1 Minute of Max Calories Air Assault Bike 1 Minute Rest     The goal is to go hard but stay consistent on EACH exercise. We want to know how many reps you get of each, not just total score. NO Sandbagging!       Post separate totals of calories rowed, burpee reps and assault bike calories completed to comments. pic.1.18:11:15

We're super pumped for the brand new design for our upcoming Muscle Tee's! Design courtesy of our friends at Screen Fiend.

We are running a very short PRE-ORDER for this week only. It closes Monday morning at 9am. Two colours available. Black & Charcoal, both with white ink. 

We will be running limited quantities when we do order so if you want to guarantee yourself one of these then please place an order either on our FB members group post or approach a coach who will add your order to our charge sheet on the desk.

Cost is $30 each. We will be using AS Barnard Tees as used by the WoD Life & many others. Check AS's website (or our FB post) for a size guide.

We love how you guys all tackle everything we put at you. Not the prettiest of WoDs but you all knocked it out of the park!!
