3 Rounds For Reps One minute each of: Wall-Ball REPS (9kg/7kg) Sumo Deadlift High Pull REPS (35kg/25kg) Box Jump REPS (20") Push-Press REPS (35kg/25kg) Row CAL 1 minute rest in between rounds.   Post total Reps and Cal for all 3 rounds to comments.
