For Loads:
Weighted - Box Step Ups 10 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 10 *Carry DB's or KB's, your choice. The 10 reps is total (5 e/side). Weighted - Pull Up (Strict) 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 (3 - 3) *Only add weight if you can do 3-6 unassisted BW strict pull ups today. If not adding any load (BW or in bands) then add on 2 further sets of 3.Midline & Position are everything.
Brace properly on both moves today and you will see just how effective an exercise these two pieces can be!
