100 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both to a 10ft target)
100 Pull Up / C2B Pull Up
100 Pistol Squat, Alternating Legs
100 Single Arm Alternating DB Snatch (20kg / 15kg)
*Only one person working at all times, Reps can be partitioned how you choose, however the overall reps must be evenly split by the end of the workout (200 each)
