Strength WoD: For Loads:
. Strict Press 1 - 1 - 1 Push Press 3 - 3 - 3 Push Jerk 5 - 5 - 5- Try to build as you go taking stock of your final set's load before going to the next movement. Decide from there how you attack.
- We have shaved off a couple sets from each this time to allow some quality time, energy & attention to those jerks at the end.
- Compare to 21/01/16 (5 sets that day).
Whats that? Turn my 1RM Jerk into a 5RM? Sure why not!
