  Part A: Front  Rack Lunge 10 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 10   Part B: Barbell Bent Over Row 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5     *Working single leg movements is a great way to expose & train those weaker points. Don't hide from these, work those goats and crush them!
