Perform The Following Tabatas
KettleBell Swing Vs Row
Rest Exactly 3 min, Then
OverHead Sit-Up Vs Burpee
Rest Exactly 3 min, Then
Double Under Vs Box Jump
Each Tabata consist of 16 round, 8 of each exercise in the pair. Alternate between the exercise in the pair for each 20 second bout of work.
Scoring = The lowest number of any round for the exercise will the score for the tabata.
Post the total of all lowest number of reps (for any round) of Push-Up, Shoulder Press, Pull-Up, Kettlebell Swing, Front Squat, and Box Jump to comments. (6 scores in total) / Total of all reps performed in the wod. i.e. 60/3000
