15 Min AMRAP
In Teams Of Two: Row 15 / 10 Calories 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (2 x 17.5kg / 2 x 12.5kg) 1 Burpee (increase burpee by one rep each new round)(Only one partner is woking at a time. The other rests during this period).
EG: Partner "A" completes first round with 1 burpee. Partner "B" then completes the exact same routine with 1 burpee.
Partner "A" then gets back on the rower and after the thrusters completes 2 burpees, Partner "B" does the saker and so forth until time is called.
Scoring is completed burpees as a team only.
To combat a Tie-Breaker situation record any reps completed on the rower and/or thrusters onto your scores (EG: 5 rounds each is 30 burpees. If one partner has done 5 calories when time is called, the score would read = 30.5).
