For Time:

  1 Snatch (50kg / 35kg) 2 Strict Pull Ups 3 Overhead Squats 4 Strict Handstand Push Ups 5 Thrusters 6 Toes To Bar 7 Power Clean 8 Calories on Assault Bike (6 Female) 9 Dead Lift 10 Burpee Over Bar 11 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (20kg / 15kg) 12 Bar Muscle Up      

** 45 Minute Time Cap **

 

Perform like the song, starting at the single Snatch rep at the beginning each time.

EG: 1 Snatch; Then 1 Snatch & 2 Strict Pull Up; Then 1 snatch, 2 strict pull ups & 3 Overhead Squats; Then 1 Snatch, 2 Str.... Etc Etc Etc..... until you get all the way up to the 12 Bar Muscle Ups
